Welcome to WipeMe. By accessing or playing WipeMe (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. The Game

WipeMe is a free, casual mini-game in which players are given five (5) attempts to virtually clean a Seeker phone. The cleaner you wipe, the higher your chance to win. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to play WipeMe. By playing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that participation in the Game is not prohibited where you reside.

3. Fair Play

You agree to play WipeMe honestly and not to:

• use bots, scripts, automation, or any third-party tools that interact with the Game on your behalf;
• exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior to gain an advantage;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game;
• interfere with other players or with the Game's infrastructure.

We may disqualify, suspend, or ban any player who violates these rules, with or without notice.

4. Prizes and Winnings

Any prizes, rewards, or on-chain distributions made available through WipeMe are awarded at WipeMe's sole discretion and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Playing the Game does not guarantee any prize. Where rewards are distributed on the Solana blockchain, you are solely responsible for maintaining and securing your own wallet.

5. Intellectual Property

All Game assets, including the WipeMe name, logo, artwork, animations, and code, are owned by WipeMe or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WipeMe and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including any loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
